Outsourcing has changed significantly in
the past few years, yet many are still mired in traditional sourcing
approaches and assumptions. Our speaker will share some of the latest
trends and insights in this area, and discuss the growing use of
tools; the rise of the do-it-yourself outsourcer (DIYO); and the pursuit
of
Relationship Management as the new Holy Grail in Outsourcing.
Featured on CNN and CNBC, Mr. Casale is also a leading commentator on
outsourcing issues for major business news organizations including The
Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The Financial Times, FORTUNE, and
The New York Times. He also advises a number of organizations in their
efforts to leverage internal and external resources efficiently and effectively.
A graduate of C.W. Post, Mr. Casale holds a B.S. in Business Marketing
and is an active member of the World Entrepreneur Organization, the Community
Management and Marketing Council, the Social Media Collective, and the
Center for Association Leadership.
The Outsourcing Institute (OI) is a global marketplace and community with
over 70,000 members worldwide, including leading practitioners, service
providers, advisors, thought leaders, and analysts. It is the first, largest,
and only neutral professional outsourcing association. OI’s mission
is to leverage the collective wisdom and best practices of this evolving
outsourcing ecosystem along with the latest internet technologies to enable
powerful alternatives for learning, networking, career development, publishing,
transacting, and relationship management in the outsourcing arena.
